Keepin' it Real

Yesterday, I was browsing the classified ads to look up our recently posted careers advertisement -- unfortunately, I had the wrong paper. Boo hoo. Anyway, here's a copy of the advertisement --

G2iX is hiring Java Developers

I wanted to show it for 2 reasons. First and foremost, I wanted to let you know about the job opening. Finally, but certainly not the least -- I want to share something about "why I work here" at G2iX. I've been with the company since 2007 -- started marketing for Morph Labs and now servicing the three main divisions: Exist, MaestroDev, and Morph Labs. It's a tough job, I tell you. Nothing's ever easy, anyway and plus, I always think that great accomplishments come with the greatest pains and sacrifices. Uh huh.

And if things were ever easy, then I wouldn't have had the opportunities to challenge my abilities, right? I wouldn't probably know that I could do this with X amount of resources, with Y span of time. I wouldn't probably feel the need to think -- and yeah, that's probably the thing that I love most about working at G2iX. Makes me think, makes me want to be more creative, makes me want to do more than just delivering what I'm supposed to, makes me want to lead people ... gives you second chances.

'Course I enjoy the company of fellow talented individuals. And the flexible hours. And the occasional parties.
