Qualifications: There is more that I can say to the kind of person that we're looking to replace our previous developer. Yes, we need an experienced Drupal-savvy web developer who shall work on the back-end and front-end components of this site (and G2iX portfolio of sites). Any body interested in the position should be well versed with the intricacies of this site. And yes, we need that person to be also capable of producing creative design materials.

More than the hard skills mentioned above, we want someone who is motivated, resourceful, flexible, hard-working, and most importantly, dependable. We want a team player who can spearhead future site iterations. 

If you take risks, then that's great. That means you aren't afraid to try. If you ask questions to clarify/debate/negotiate, then that's acceptable too. 

Web and design requirements aren't much of a drab to handle if you have the passion and commitment. There's nothing impossible if you know how to balance your time and resources well. Nobody's perfect but we all learn from our mistakes.
