The ECC is an intensive 6-week training camp designed for fresh graduates. This program provides training on the fundamentals of open source technologies. The Camp aims to develop the skills of talented fresh graduates in the field of Open Source, specifically in Java.

The first batch of ECC qualifiers consisted of graduates from De La Salle University (DLSU), University of the Philippines Los Banos (UPLB), Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM), Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) and Lyceum University of the Philippines.
